Women Can Make a Difference at FIFA, says Dodd.

images (2) The introduction of a female seat on FIFA’s executive committee will be soon be cemented with the election due to take place at the end of this month.

The vote will take place on May 31st at the FIFA Congress in Mauritius.

A female seat on the executive committee was first proposed by FIFA president Sepp Blatter in 2011.

Below Reuter’s Patrick Johnson reports how Australian candidate Moya Dodd believes it will be a significant step in gender inequality being removed from the game.
